We want you to love your Metal Expression home decor! The Metal Expression team is committed to delivering the highest quality pieces in the industry. We do back our items with a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee of Satisfaction (exception: Personalized Monograms and balcony panels). If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. All products are guaranteed from defects for 5 years from the date of shipment.
Please note: Any items that are customized (Monograms) cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Return Policy/Cancellations
Custom Items/Monograms/balcony panels are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed.
Non-Customized Item(s) and Stock Items are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, but is solely at the discretion of Metal Expression.
