Shipping and Refund Policy
Items are made to order and shipped in 10-12 days unless otherwise stated.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
You will receive an email with tracking number when your order has shipped.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your purchased products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
International shipments are subject to customs duties\fees\taxes that we do not control. Buyer is responsible for any import duties\fees\taxes. Customs will contact the buyer once they assess the product and communicate directly to the buyer. Metal Expression does not control the cost of import fees, nor do we collect the money for it at the time of purchase.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Buyer pays shipping cost back to Metal Expression!

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling costs that you paid on the order.
Any items that are customized (Monograms) cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Custom Items/Monograms/balcony panels are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you choose to cancel an order.
